Time for a break !!!

You know that coffee arrived in Mexico in the years 1789 and 1790 and were Veracruz, Michoacan, Oaxaca and Morelos states, and first test it to know as well as to cultivate?

For if, in our country is very important now and its main coffee producers are Oaxaca, Puebla, Verazruz, Chiapas and Morelos. Coffee is a product of tropical origin and is grown in damp areas like the mountains and the people who produce it are almost all natives of these places.

Many people suggest that a good coffee is identified by its body, acidity of it, the aroma and clear now, the flavor. In Mexico, the cafe is the most high priced, and is cultivated at a height of 950 m on sea level. Well spoken of other factors to identify the quality of a good coffee, such as moisture, soil type, vegetation, shade, grain that is used, and so on.
